General Shipping Details

Once your package has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you with the UPS tracking information.

Delivery is ALWAYS FREE via UPS!

In-stock Hoverboards are processed and shipped out the sameday  via UPS GROUND (weekends excluded) if ordered before 4pm CST, however some orders may take additional time for fraud/security verification.

**NOTE:  WE CURRENTLY CAN NOT SHIP TO AK/HI WITH OUR FREE SHIPPING OPTION. PLEASE E-MAIL SUPPORT AND REQUEST A SHIPPING QUOTE.


Shipping Time

We ship all Hoverboards by UPS GROUND and delivery usually only takes 1-4 business days depending on your destination. If you do not receive a tracking number withing 3-days of placing an order please check your spam folder or contact [email protected]


Shipping Disclaimer

We cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and Hoverboards.com is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. All orders reported as “delivered” by our shipping company (UPS) are considered delivered and Hoverboards.com cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.

 

Shipping Issues

The most common shipping issues that can occur are:


Lost in transit

If your package has not moved in transit for 3 days, please contact [email protected], and we will file a trace investigation with the carrier.


Mis-delivery

If your package states delivered but cannot be found, please follow these steps:

  1. Check around the residence.
  2. Check with neighbors or building management.
  3. If still not found, please email [email protected] regarding your mis-delivery, and we will open a trace investigation with the carrier.

 

 

PO Boxes
We are not able to ship orders to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.


Items Damaged During Transit
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are well-packed, damage can occur during shipment from our warehouse to your destination. If your products are damaged during transit, please refuse delivery and have the driver note refusal reason as “damaged”. If you are unable to refuse the damaged shipment or if freight damage is concealed, notify us and the freight company immediately. Shipping related damages must be reported to the freight company and to us within 7 days of receipt of shipment.


Holiday Shipping
Due to the high volume of orders during November and December please allow up to 2 extra business days for order processing and up to 2-3 extra business days for delivery. While our team is always working to get your orders to you as quickly as we can, the shipping carriers are working at full capacity this year and are taking longer than usual to process and deliver the packages.

Guaranteed Christmas Delivery: You must place your order by 11:59PM CST on December 15th to guarantee Christmas delivery.

**Certain locations can still get delivery for orders placed before December 19th, however you will want to use the transit-map above to verify.
