We only use the safest Li-Ion battery packs that can be safely charged over 2,000 times. Our proprietary UL2272 battery delivers not only more power to the Hoverboard, but also features overcharge protection. The result is a more powerful, longer lasting and the safest ride! Over 95% of Hoverboards still being sold online contain first generation Chinese shrink-wrapped battery cells. Don’t make this costly mistake, as these batteries have a very short lifespan and cost over $45 to replace!

Depending on terrain and the weight of the rider, our X6 Hoverboard can go as fast as 6-8 miles per hour. However the speed of the Hoverboard is completely controllable by the movements of the rider ensuring even at the max speed you have the smoothest and most stable ride, while easily maintaining full control.
The wheels are 6.5″ which is the most popular size for Hoverboards. Built for smooth terrain such as pavement or indoor riding, it is the perfect size Hoverboard for all ages and children.
220 lbs is the maximum rider weight. The rider should also be a minimum of 40 lbs.
Shipping is FREE! We ship all in-stock Hoverboards the sameday via UPS Ground, so delivery takes just 1-4 days depending on your location. Within 24 hours we will send you an email with the UPS tracking information. After that you will be able to track your order at UPS.com.

UL stands for Underwriters Laboratory. UL is a global science safety institution that inspects, tests, and issues safety certifications for different products. All of our Hoverboards have passed rigorous UL2722 testing, which is the highest safety rating given to any Hoverboard manufacturer. This ensures our Hoverboards will not pose any safety issues due to defects or design malfunctions.

All in-stock Hoverboards are processed and shipped out the sameday (weekends excluded) if ordered before 4pm CST, however some orders may take additional time for fraud/security verification.

We ship all Hoverboards by UPS GROUND and usually takes 2-4 business days for delivery. You will be E-mailed a UPS Tracking number as soon as your order ships! You can then track your shipments progress at UPS.com

We are not able to ship orders to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

Items Damaged During Transit
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are well-packed, damage can occur during shipment from our warehouse to your destination. If your products are damaged during transit, please refuse delivery and have the driver note refusal reason as "damaged". If you are unable to refuse the damaged shipment or if freight damage is concealed, notify us and the freight company immediately. Shipping related damages must be reported to the freight company and to us within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

Due to the high volume of orders during November and December please allow up to 2 extra business days for order processing and up to 2-3 extra business days for delivery. While our team is always working to get your orders to you as quickly as we can, the shipping carriers are working at full capacity this year and are taking longer than usual to process and deliver the packages.
Guaranteed Christmas Delivery: You must place your order by 11:59PM EST on December 10th to guarantee Christmas delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for any orders placed after 11:59PM EST on December 6th.
