How to Test if Your Hoverboard Battery Needs Replacement
- Plug your charger into the wall plug. The light on the charger should turn green.
- Then Plug the charger into the hoverboard itself.
- If the battery on your hoverboard is working properly, then the light on the charger should turn red. This red light means that your hoverboard battery is charging and that your problem lies elsewhere.
- If the light on your charger does not turn red, but instead the charger light stays green, then your battery is either 100% full, or you have a defective hoverboard battery and it needs to be replaced.

Changing a battery is easy. It requires only a phillips-head screwdriver and takes approximately 5-10 minutes.
Please check your current Hoverboard battery and style. Choose the correct voltage in the drop-down menu when purchasing.

We ship all orders FREE of charge directly from our multiple USA warehouses.
All in-stock Hoverboards are processed and shipped out the sameday (weekends excluded) if ordered before 4pm CST, however some orders may take additional time for fraud/security verification.
We ship all Hoverboards by UPS GROUND and usually takes 2-4 business days for delivery. You will be E-mailed a UPS Tracking number as soon as your order ships! You can then track your shipments progress at UPS.com
We are not able to ship orders to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
Unfortunately, we are currently not able to ship orders to AK/HI/PR under our free shipping option. If you would like a shipping quote, please contact our support department.
Items Damaged During Transit
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are well-packed, damage can occur during shipment from our warehouse to your destination. If your products are damaged during transit, please refuse delivery and have the driver note refusal reason as "damaged". If you are unable to refuse the damaged shipment or if freight damage is concealed, notify us and the freight company immediately. Shipping related damages must be reported to the freight company and to us within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
Due to the high volume of orders during November and December please allow up to 2 extra business days for order processing and up to 2-3 extra business days for delivery. While our team is always working to get your orders to you as quickly as we can, the shipping carriers are working at full capacity this year and are taking longer than usual to process and deliver the packages.
Guaranteed Christmas Delivery: You must place your order by 11:59PM EST on December 10th to guarantee Christmas delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for any orders placed after 11:59PM EST on December 6th.
