Shipping is FREE! We ship all Hoverboards the same day via UPS Ground, so delivery takes just 1-4 days depending on your location. Within 24 hours we will send you an email with the UPS tracking information. After that you will be able to track your order at UPS.com.
What type of battery does the X6 have?
We only use the safest UL certified Li-Ion battery packs that can be safely charged over 2,000 times. We NEVER use unsafe Chinese batteries that are known to overheat, unlike many online competitors in order save money.

All in-stock Hoverboards are processed and shipped out the sameday (weekends excluded) if ordered before 4pm CST, however some orders may take additional time for fraud/security verification.

We ship all Hoverboards by UPS GROUND and usually takes 2-4 business days for delivery. You will be E-mailed a UPS Tracking number as soon as your order ships! You can then track your shipments progress at UPS.com

We are not able to ship orders to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

Items Damaged During Transit
While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are well-packed, damage can occur during shipment from our warehouse to your destination. If your products are damaged during transit, please refuse delivery and have the driver note refusal reason as "damaged". If you are unable to refuse the damaged shipment or if freight damage is concealed, notify us and the freight company immediately. Shipping related damages must be reported to the freight company and to us within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
Holiday Shipping
Due to the high volume of orders during November and December please allow up to 2 extra business days for order processing and up to 2-3 extra business days for delivery. While our team is always working to get your orders to you as quickly as we can, the shipping carriers are working at full capacity this year and are taking longer than usual to process and deliver the packages.
Guaranteed Christmas Delivery: You must place your order by 11:59PM EST on December 10th to guarantee Christmas delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for any orders placed after 11:59PM EST on December 6th.
